As Founder and Managing Director, Asif established the firm in 2011 with a clear goal: to provide straightforward, proactive advice that helps businesses succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit, especially through HIIT training classes, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

As a Senior Client Manager, Susma supports a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them stay compliant and focused on their goals. With over 10 years of experience and having joined the firm in 2015, Susma oversees client systems and processes, ensures important filing deadlines are met, and provides practical advice on a wide range of day-to-day business matters.

A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Susma is known for a friendly, proactive approach and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, providing reliable support as their businesses grow.

Outside of work, Susma enjoys long walks, reading books with her toddler, playing cosy games and spending time with her little family.

As a Client Manager, Sonam works closely with our small and medium-sized business clients, providing support with their accounting, tax, and compliance needs. ACCA qualified and with seven years of experience, Sonam is a trusted point of contact for client queries, offering practical advice and helping businesses stay on track.

Having joined the firm in 2019, Sonam has developed a strong understanding of our clients and the challenges they face. Passionate about delivering excellent client service,  takes pride in helping businesses navigate their financial responsibilities with confidence.

Outside of work, Sonam enjoys travelling, discovering new food spots, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys experiencing different cultures, exploring hidden gems, and embracing new experiences with a positive and easy-going approach.

As a Senior Accountant, Sara brings over 24 years of experience in preparing accounts for companies and partnerships across a wide range of industries. With a strong technical background and attention to detail, Sara helps ensure clients receive accurate, timely financial information to support their businesses.

Known for a friendly and approachable manner, Sara works closely with clients and colleagues alike, providing reliable support and practical solutions to meet their accounting needs.

As a Tax Associate, Matthew specialises in the preparation of Self Assessment tax returns, helping clients meet their obligations accurately and on time. With 15 years of experience in the profession and AAT qualification, Matthew provides support on a wide range of personal tax matters.

Having joined the firm in 2018, Matthew has an organised approach and commitment to delivering a reliable service for clients.

Matthews hobbies include watching football, cannot play though! As well as socialising with friends. Matthew spends his holidays in Cornwall site seeing different landscapes.

As our Senior Bookkeeper & VAT Manager, Pritti oversees bookkeeping and VAT compliance for a wide range of clients, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and filing obligations are met on time. Since joining the firm in 2019, Pritti has become a key point of contact for clients seeking support with their day-to-day financial processes.

AAT qualified and highly experienced in cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage, Pritti provides practical bookkeeping and VAT solutions tailored to each client's needs. Known for a friendly and approachable manner, Pritti works closely with businesses to help keep their finances organised and running smoothly.

Outside work, she enjoys reding books, cooking and socialising with her family and friends.

As a Junior Accountant, Redwan supports the team with the preparation of year-end accounts for a range of company clients. Since joining the firm in 2023, Redwan has developed valuable experience working across different aspects of the accounts preparation process.

Currently studying towards the ACCA qualification, Redwan is committed to developing his professional knowledge and skills while providing a reliable and efficient service to clients.

Outside of work, Redwan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking for the family on weekends, and playing pickup basketball to stay active.

As a Consultant, Brian brings over 40 years of experience in accountancy and taxation, providing valuable insight and support to both clients and the team. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Brian has worked with businesses and individuals across a wide range of sectors, advising on accounts, tax, and broader financial matters.

Formerly a Partner at Warneford Gibbs, 

Brian joined the firm following the merger and continues to offer strategic guidance and expertise in a consulting role. His wealth of experience and trusted advice make Brian a highly valued part of the team.

Having been a Chartered Accountant in practice for 45 years and now semi- retired it is good to have time for more leisure activities such as long walks,  trying to keep fit and being able to find new wines that he has not previously had the pleasure of drinking. I also now have enough to time to reminisce by dusting off and listening to old vinyl records.

With more than 40 years of experience in accountancy and taxation, Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to the firm in a consulting role. Having worked with a wide range of businesses and individuals throughout their career, Geoff has extensive experience advising clients on accounts, tax, and financial matters.

Prior to joining us, he was a Partner at Warneford Gibbs before the practice merged with our firm. Today, Geoff continues to support both clients and the team with valuable insight, drawing on decades of experience to help businesses navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

As our Office Administrator, Moira plays an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly. Having been with the firm since 2017, Moira is often the first point of contact for clients, providing a friendly welcome and assisting with a wide range of day-to-day enquiries.

Supporting both our clients and team of accountants, Moira helps coordinate administrative processes across the practice, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

When I’m not working then I love travelling and enjoy live music and theatre.

As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Laura plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations organised and running smoothly. Since joining the firm in 2024, Laura has been responsible for managing emails, coordinating meetings and calls, and overseeing diary management to ensure schedules run efficiently.

Known for a professional, friendly, and proactive approach, Laura provides invaluable support to both the team and our clients. Her organisational skills and attention to detail help ensure everything stays on track behind the scenes.

Laura loves nothing more than spending time with her family. Whether at the beach, watching and playing rugby together or taking her boys to the skate park, Laura can usually be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and kids. When indoors, Laura enjoys good food, listening to music and planning their next family adventure!
